TOC was founded by a select group of officers from the Special Weapons And Tactics (SWAT) community, with the goal of providing quality tactical training for law enforcement, military and civilian personnel. We believe in consistently striving to bring our students the most up to date, proven methods of quality instruction in:

With this experience we bring the best in firearms training to the civilian, law enforcement and military world, sharing years of knowledge and expertise in the field of personal defense. Our instructors will share their knowledge of the fundamentals of marksmanship, safety, and survival skills to develop the student’s confidence in their ability to manipulate their weapon system and apply accurate fire to targets or in a worst case scenario, the defense of themselves or loved ones.
