Mr. Watson is an experienced instructor in firearms, close quarter battle and tactical medicine. He has served as the Lead Instructor for Basic and Advanced SWAT schools for a Northern Virginia regional police academy having trained hundreds of officers. He has created and taught Active Shooter programs for several law enforcement agencies in Virginia. Mr. Watson spent 12 years as an instructor for the Department of State's Diplomatic Security Service teaching Firearms, CQB, Defensive Tactics and High Threat Protection. He is currently a reserve deputy in Virginia.

Mr. Kellerbegan his Law Enforcement career in 1999 as a Corrections Officer in the state of West Virginia. Since 2004 he has been employed as a police officer in the state of Virginia and serves on his agency's SWAT team as a sniper. During his career Mr. Keller has continuously received training in tactical operations and close quarters combat. Mr. Keller's experience and real world execution of high risk tactical missions gives him the ability to assist others in training on tactics, weapons manipulation and firearms safety.
